- Orders placed after 5:00 PM WIB will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturdays after 1:00 PM WIB and on Sundays will be processed on Monday.
- Maximum order processing time is 2x24 hours.
- Product deliveries are only made on working days.
- Delivery times may be extended during the holiday season.
- Delivery service is provided via regular shipping methods only.

- Product exchange is warrantied if there is an issue upon receipt.

Goods Exchange Policy
- Product exchange is only valid within 1x24 hours after the item has been received.
- The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and clean.
- Product exchange requests must include a reason for the damage along with video evidence of unboxing when the item is received.
- Send proof of purchase and proof of damage (photo/video) to admin@maestro-nexindo.id.
Exclusions for Goods Exchange:
- The exchange is not valid if the damage occurs due to usage after the product has been received.
- The exchange is not valid if the customer makes a mistake in selecting the model or color during the purchase process.
