The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and clean.
Product exchange requests must include a reason for the damage along with video evidence of unboxing when the item is received.
Send proof of purchase and proof of damage (photo/video) to admin@maestro-nexindo.id.
Exclusions for Goods Exchange:
The exchange is not valid if the damage occurs due to usage after the product has been received.The exchange is not valid if the customer makes a mistake in selecting the model or color during the purchase process.
