Warranty

Enjoy 30-day warranty applies to functional damage, covering the repair or replacement of damaged parts. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused during use, improper handling, or lack of proper maintenance.

To make a claim warranty, you must notify frank green in writing, provide a proof of purchase and sufficient photographic and/or videographic evidence of fault to enable us to identify the issue. Please note that suction or leaking defects require video evidence. We may request that you return the products to us for an in-house assessment or request further information.

Since sustainability is kind of our jam, we always try to find the most sustainable solution possible to generate the least amount of waste.
