Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM WIB. Any orders placed after 5:00 PM WIB will be processed on the next working day, while orders placed on Saturdays after 1:00 PM WIB or on Sundays will be processed on Monday. The maximum order processing time is 2x24 hours.

Product deliveries are carried out only on working days. Delivery times may be extended during the holiday season due to increased demand or external factors. We recommend placing orders ahead of time during busy periods to avoid delays.
