• A 1x24-hour warranty applies to product exchanges.
• Product exchange is warrantied if there is an issue upon receipt.
• A 30-day warranty applies to functional damage.
• The warranty covers the repair or replacement of damaged parts.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused during use.
• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance is not covered.

Goods Exchange Policy

• Product exchange is only valid within 1x24 hours after the item has been received.
• The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and clean.
• Product exchange requests must include a reason for the damage along with video evidence of unboxing when the item is received.
• Send proof of purchase and proof of damage (photo/video) to admin@maestro-nexindo.id.

Exclusions for Goods Exchange:

• The exchange is not valid if the damage occurs due to usage after the product has been received.
• The exchange is not valid if the customer makes a mistake in selecting the model or color during the purchase process.
