Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM WIB.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM WIB will be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturdays after 1:00 PM WIB and on Sundays will be processed on Monday.
Maximum order processing time is 2x24 hours.
Product deliveries are only made on working days.
Delivery times may be extended during the holiday season.
Delivery service is provided via regular shipping methods only.
Instant delivery service is currently unavailable.

Warranty

A 1x24-hour warranty applies to product exchanges.
Product exchange is warrantied if there is an issue upon receipt.
A 30-day warranty applies to functional damage.
The warranty covers the repair or replacement of damaged parts.
The warranty does not cover damage caused during use.
Damage caused by improper use or maintenance is not covered.

Return Policy

Goods Exchange Policy

Product exchange is only valid within 1x24 hours after the item has been received.
The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and clean.
Product exchange requests must include a reason for the damage along with video evidence of unboxing when the item is received.
Send proof of purchase and proof of damage (photo/video) to admin@maestro-nexindo.id.

Exclusions for Goods Exchange:

The exchange is not valid if the damage occurs due to usage after the product has been received.
The exchange is not valid if the customer makes a mistake in selecting the model or color during the purchase process.
